Channel Letter Signs
Channel letters are individually crafted, three-dimensional letters that bring your business name and logo to life — day and night. They're the gold standard for storefront signage, and we build every single one right here in our Norcross shop.

Types of Channel Letters We Build
Front-Lit Channel Letters
The most common type. Light shines through a translucent acrylic face, producing bright, readable letters. Great for restaurants, retail stores, and offices that need to be visible from the road.
Halo-Lit (Reverse Channel) Letters
Light radiates from behind the letter, creating a soft glow or "halo" effect against the wall. A more upscale, sophisticated look popular with hotels, medical offices, and professional services.
Combination Lit Letters
The best of both worlds — face-lit and halo-lit combined. Creates dramatic depth and visibility both day and night. Perfect for businesses that want maximum impact.
Open Face Channel Letters
No acrylic face — exposed neon or LED modules create a retro, industrial aesthetic. Popular with bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues looking for character.
How We Build Your Channel Letters
Every set of channel letters starts as a design file and ends as an illuminated sign on your building. Here's how we get there:
Design & Engineering
We take your logo or concept and create production-ready files. We specify letter sizes, return depths, face colors, LED modules, and mounting method.
Channel Bending
Aluminum coil is fed through our Accubend channel letter machine, which bends the returns to match every curve and angle of your letters precisely.
Wiring & LED Modules
Our team installs LED modules inside each letter, wires them in series, and connects to a power supply. Every module is tested before the face goes on.
Painting
Letters are prepped and painted in our Matthews paint booth to match your exact brand colors — including custom PMS color matching.
Raceway & Assembly
Letters are mounted to an aluminum raceway for clean, unified installation. All wiring is concealed. The raceway is painted to match your building.
Installation
Our crew mounts the raceway and letters using our boom truck. We handle electrical connections and final inspection. You flip the switch.
